4.95 shipping costs will be charged with an order under 150 euros, no shipping costs are charged above 150 euros. Goods will be delivered within 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse.
Reflection time/return
It is sometimes possible that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like or perhaps there is another reason why you want to return the order.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount credited. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. To use this right you can contact us via info@amshipping.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact for this info@amshipping.nl You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
