Exchange and return

At Gologi we want to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase, but it can happen that you change your mind. You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before your order has been sent and within 30 days of receiving your complete order. Keep in mind that it is Gologi's policy that we must have received the original items before we can provide a refund or replacement products. We accept returns or exchange until 30 days After receiving your order.

Exceptions apply:

  1. If the item is not in its original state, for example if it is damaged, used, changed or not returned in the original packaging.
  2. If the return shipment is not received within the set period of 30 days after receipt of the order.
  3. If the return shipment is refused by the customer without prior contact with us.
  4. If the product is specifically adjusted or tailor -made for the customer and is therefore not suitable for return.
  5. If the product is damaged by incorrect use, abuse, negligence or accident after receipt of the order.

Exchange

  • If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same or a similar product.
  • If you have received a product and you want to exchange it for something else, our customer service employee will be happy to help you.
  • Your replacement or exchange is started as soon as we have received and confirmed the returned item.

Repayments

  • Your repayment will be started as soon as we have received your returned item.
  • Original shipping and administration costs may not be reimbursed.
  • Unless the Gologi product received is defective, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping and administration costs for international delivery, including customs costs.
  • Gologi is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in any way.
  • We can only issue reimbursements to the original payment method.
  • When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount that you have spent may no longer be eligible for any discount that you have received (eg for gifts upon purchase, free gifts, buy in large quantities). If this is the case, the discount will be deducted from the price you have paid for the returned item.
  • To receive a full reimbursement, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
  • Gologi is not responsible for any costs of payment providers such as PayPal or your credit card company. The payment costs are not reimbursed.
  • It can take up to 7 days to process your reimbursement.

Reception procedure

All returned products are thoroughly inspected and it is determined whether the requirements for eligible and comply is met. To prevent delay or refusal to prevent the processing of your return shipment, check whether the product that you return meets the guidelines below and is eligible for returns. If a non-compliant product is accepted for returns, Gologi reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% according to its own discretion. The processing of returns can take up to 5 working days from the moment your product has been received.

Inspection criteria

  • Products must be in the original packaging of the manufacturer and be sent safely.
  • Products must be complete with any standard certification labels that were originally placed and not manipulated. This includes, but is not limited to capacity, brand name etc.
  • Products may not contain permanent changes, including, but not limited to paint, changed connection elements, cut threads or cables, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or stamps.
  • Products must be free from damage of any kind, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, mutilation or damage as a result of power peaks.
  • Products with a safety seal must have the seal intact and not manipulated.

Reconstruction costs

Products that do not meet the inspection criteria or items that are returned outside the designated return period can be subjected to a restocking fee up to 25%. If you return a Gologi product, please remove:

  • All additional software and personal information;
  • All hardware components that you have installed on the product after you have received it;
  • All personal flash storage devices that you have used to install drivers for any hardware products;
  • All passwords used to block access to the operating system or other software components that have been supplied with the product;
  • Every device that has been added to a personal account in both the Gologi app and any other Smart Home app, must be reset and removed so that new users can start using the device;
  • Enter a detailed reason for the return shipment and indicate whether the item (s) to be returned are used or open;

Cancellation by Gologi

Gologi reserves the right to cancel any accepted order for delivery, at its own discretion of Gologi (whether or not payment has been received), in the event of material errors with regard to your order, the price or other conditions published on the Gologii website that is relevant to your order, or if further verification of your credit conditions or data justifies this. If payment has been received and your order is canceled, Gologi will provide a suitable credit to your account (or you may contact you to collect information to do so).
