Gologi uses our own warehouse in Steenbergen for packing and sending products. Products from our own warehouse are usually sent in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1 working day.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is always free. Local rates are applied outside the Netherlands or Belgium.
How can I follow my order?
All products are sent per parcel service. You can follow these packages with the track and trace code that you receive in the confirmation email. If you have not received the order due to unforeseen circumstances, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 14 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
- Contact our customer service.
- Customer service sends you a return number and return address.
- Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
- Depending on the reason for return, you will receive the amount paid or a replacement product.
- If the return shipment is not handled according to the return instructions, Gologi cannot guarantee that the return process will be handled correctly.
